Because of the pandemic, Data Center Managers have not been able to upgrade their infrastructure. Now many of these systems have become what the OEM vendors call end of service life (EOSL). We can provide a comprehensive inventory service to determine what is installed, and itemize all EOSL equipment and all equipment that may become EOSL shortly. We can also provide granular details on performance, capacity and other metrics to determine which equipment needs to be refreshed first, and how much equipment is needed to replace what is there with some room for expansion.
When we replace legacy equipment with newer equipment, migration services are typically required. Some of these migrations include heterogeneous storage migrations. These can be cumbersome and often very difficult. We have a team of professional services partners that have years of expertise in this field that can perform these migrations for a fraction of the cost of the OEM manufacturers
We provide maintenance services for equipment that is EOSL by the manufacturer. While legacy equipment is being refreshed there is a period of overlap where support services are needed on the older equipment, while the migrations are taking place. We can provide services for this critical transition phase on a wide variety of systems and manufacturers.

We will go over the Pros and Cons of each model with you to determine if this is the best approach for your agency. What makes our model unique is our ability to tailor it to your exact needs.
